Create a new contact method. a. Click the Add Email button. Enter the approver’s email address and click the Save button. b. Click the Add Phone button. Select the approver’s country using the Country drop-down and enter their phone number. Click the Save button. 3. Choose which transaction types you want the approver to be an eligible approver for by checking the appropriate boxes. 4. Click the Submit button when you are finished.
