If a payment has processed and cleared, you cannot make changes to that transaction. Locate the transaction you would like to approve and note how many approvals are needed to process or cancel the transaction. 2. Click the icon and select Approve or Cancel. 3. Click the Confirm button. 4. Choose the contact method that allows Nusenda to reach you immediately with a six-digit SAC. 5. Enter the SAC and click the Submit button. The status then changes to Processed or Canceled in the Activity Center.
