The final step is the account conversion process, which will integrate all Western Heritage accounts and services into Nusenda Credit Union’s banking systems.

To help make this transition as seamless as possible, please read below for important next steps:

Important dates

August 2
No new enrollments in Western Heritage (WH) Mobile and Internet Banking.

End of July/Early August
Look for letters with your member number and new debit card. Download account history, if needed.

Before August 12
Schedule WH Bill Pay, save your setup, and export history, if needed.

August 15
WH ACH and wires no longer available after 1 p.m.

August 16
WH Mobile and Internet Banking, Business ACH and Check Positive Pay not available.

August 17
Branches closed for conversion.

August 19
Conversion complete. Log into and start using Nusenda Mobile and Internet Banking. Start using your new debit card.
