You can enroll directly from the Mobile Banking App login screen by selecting Face ID below the Log In button. You may also enroll by first logging into the Mobile Banking App, then tapping Menu, then My Profile, then Security Preferences, then tapping On for Fingerprint login. Follow the on-screen instructions to enable.
To use Fingerprint on your Android device, you will need the following:
Device: Android device with a fingerprint sensor that supports Android Fingerprint.
Software: Android 9.0 (Pie) and up
Biometric verification is only available for users with fingerprint or facial recognition enabled device. If you choose to disable the feature on your mobile device, your account will revert to requiring a login ID and password.
