Our Video Teller Machines offer interactive technology for your convenience.

The Video Teller will guide you through your transaction and can answer any questions. Almost any transaction you'd make at a standard drive-up or in the branch teller line can also be completed using this service. And to better assist you, Nusenda Video Tellers offer extended hours Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday: 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. English and Spanish services are available.

How does the Video Teller Machine service work?

Conduct contactless transactions face-to-face, in real time, with a Nusenda Credit Union Video Teller. You will be provided the same level of exceptional member service you already receive inside a branch.

  • Simply select the Live Teller option on the screen.
  • Then choose the Card/PIN, or Picture ID option on the screen.
  • You will be asked to insert your debit/ATM card and enter your PIN, or you will need to show your ID for identification purposes when requested by your Video Teller.

Time Saving Tip: Save time by inserting your debit/ATM card and entering your PIN as soon as you drive up. You will be immediately connected to a Video Teller.
