Retirement benefits

 

Credit union employees can receive up to 9% of their salary toward retirement.

  • 401(k) plan with employer-matching contributions
  • You can begin contributing the first of the month following your date of hire!
  • Nusenda will match dollar for dollar up to 4% of employee 401(k) contributions, plus a 5% non-elective contribution per pay period, regardless of contribution level.
  • Eligible after one full year of service. Full vesting at just four (4) years of service.
