Santa Fe Hispanic Chamber of Commerce honors Nusenda’s June Manning as a 40 Under Forty Business Leader
Santa Fe, N.M. –June Manning, who leads Nusenda’s Co-op Capital microlending program, was honored as a Santa Fe Hispanic Chamber of Commerce top business leader in this year’s 40 Under Forty honoree. June was recognized with other up-and-coming leaders who make a positive impact in the Santa Fe community.
“June has spent the majority of her career focused on serving not only members of Nusenda, but people across New Mexico,” said Nusenda President and CEO Joe Christian. “We are proud to see her honored alongside so many other leaders in the Santa Fe community, and grateful for her dedication and service.”
In her current role, June helps provide access to equitable capital to New Mexicans who often can’t get affordable loans though traditional banking. These microloans help support families, small businesses, and their communities. Raised in Cerrillos, she has a deep passion for her state. She has extensive experience in community development financial services work. June currently serves on the National Asset Funders Network Committee. She is also a former member of the Nusenda Foundation board and MANA Del Norte board of directors.
This year’s 40 Under Forty recipients will be recognized at the upcoming Business Leaders event at the Santa Fe Community Convention Center on Sept. 30, 2022.
