Early Sunday morning, December 24, 2023, our card fraud protection partner alerted us to fraud attempts on some members’ debit cards.
To provide maximum protection, affected cards were blocked.
Unfortunately, cardholders who were affected will not be able to use their debit card or withdraw funds at an ATM until they receive a new card.
If your card was blocked, please use alternate means for transactions and funds. Our branches will open at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, December 26, 2023, to reissue your card and resolve any issues.
